All 'team members' have their own role in Gnap!
Gnaphas had an update so that from now on subject teachers, teaching assistants and other team members can also have their own role . In addition to the already existing roles of Teacher, IB'er, Administration and Management, the new role of Team Member has been added. With the 'team member' role , you can then choose which job description you want to use in Gnap and to the parents in Kwieb. This new role also gives these team members extra benefits!
As a 'team member' now also use Topics
At the moment, if a team member does not have a role, he cannot use a Topics (1-on-1 conversation) with parents. If this team member now also gets his own role, then the Topicsfunction can also be used. That is of course very useful.
As a 'team member' you choose your own job title
In addition, someone who is a team member can choose his own job name , for example: gym teacher, teaching assistant or subject teacher. For example, parents can see in the Kwieb app what role you play at school and that makes it all a lot clearer.
Gnapadapts to every role!
At Ziber , we want the school team to be able to do its job optimally in Gnap. Because every role has different needs, you will see that Gnap adapts to each role. For example,Gnapis optimized differently for a teacher in group 5 than for the administrative employee.
