Privacy Policy

Ziber is a company that values privacy and that is why we have described our principles in this regard in our Privacy Policy and act accordingly. We are also Data Controller as described in our Privacy Policy. We act in accordance with the described legislation in the context of the GDPR (see also the Dutch Data Protection Authority ). Processing Agreement

In the context of the AVG (General Data Protection Regulation) we are Processor of personal data for the Controller (the Educational Institution). In order to be able to use Ziber Education, the Controller will have to conclude a Processor Agreement with the Processor. Ziber is a participant in the Privacy Agreement and uses the Model Processor Agreement for Education.
