Easier to invite team members to the administration!

For the administration of your school/childcare

It has now become even easier for the administration of the school / childcare to invite team members to the Ziber team app.

Manage team members in one screen

From now on, the team members for the administration are easy to manage via one screen. Send team members an invitation by email and give them the right role immediately. Manually merging accounts with the student administration system is a thing of the past. 

Send invitation

The invitation to the Ziber team app is sent to the team member's email address. This e-mail contains an activation link with which the invitation can be accepted. 

Assign roles

The administration immediately assigns a role when inviting the team member. This ensures that the team member can get to the right parts of the Ziber team app.  

You can choose from: management, administration, IB employee, teacher / pedagogical employee / group leader / trainer or team member (subject teacher, teaching assistant, gym teacher, janitor, intern, ICT employee).

Linked to student tracking system

When using a student administration system , teachers/PM'ers are directly linked to their own group(s) when inviting . In the past, the accounts of teachers/PM'ers had to be merged first. This is no longer necessary and is arranged immediately when inviting. 

Administrators 

A team member can also become an administrator . An account administrator can invite team members and perform synchronizations. A financial manager can go to the Ziber Pay settings and has access to Stripe.
