Ziber has a new data link with Parnassys and Rovict. When your school uses this LAS link, it is possible to invite all new parents at once. This saves the administration a lot of time!
Invite parents in bulk (in collaboration with LAS link)
Now invite all new parents at the touch of a button. In student management, the administration immediately receives a notification when new parents are ready to be invited.
Are you not yet using this data link? Then of course you can still manually invite the parents.
Send reminder
Also new! If parents have not activated the account after three days, the administration will receive a notification. The administration can send these parents a reminder at the same time . These parents will then receive the activation e-mail again.
Share code
If you want to approach the parent in a different way than via e-mail. Then you can now also share the personal pairing code. For example, you can share the code on the phone via a message or WhatsApp. You can also copy the unique code on the desktop and share it.
Add Photo
If the student does not yet have a photo, you can add it by uploading one e.g. the school photo. When the parent adjusts the photo, you can no longer change it.
