Important update on the Ziber platform! The automatic LAS link with Parnassys and Esis now has the possibility to have the synchronization carried out automatically on a daily basis. You also get the option to turn the subles groups on/off with the Parnassys link and in addition, combination groups are now automatically created (instead of just the year group groups). So many innovations!
Automatic synchronization
From now on, you can have the synchronization of the LAS link (Parnassys and ESIS) 'scheduled' and thus automatically stay up-to-date every day! When you choose 'scheduled', the synchronization is automatically implemented once a day (in the evening).
New school year
The planned synchronization is carried out daily unless it concerns a new school year (that tipping point is annually on August 1). For a new school year, you'll get a notification and be asked to review the changes before implementing .
Turn suble lesson groups on/off
Another option is to import the subles groups from Parnassys, whether or not. This was always on by default, but will now become an option. When you choose not to import the suble lesson groups, existing imported suble groups are deleted.
Combination groups from Parnassys
Finally, from now on, the combination groups from Parnassys will also be imported. Previously, the groups were divided per year group, so for example:
'group 1/2 (year group 1)'
'group 1/2 (year group 2)'
From now on, the combination group will automatically be added, so:
'group 1/2 (C)'
This allows you to reach the entire group with 1 check mark.
