If you take care of the administration at school, you know how many different systems there are and that it is quite a job to set everything up properly and keep it up to date. With Ziber we have a very user-friendly student management , which you can also link to many other well-known student systems . Automatic synchronization keeps the basic data up to date. You will probably work on the computer with Ziber Team, but you can of course also arrange a small change via the mobile Ziber Team app :)

To allow parents to use the Kwieb app , you invite parents via the student management of Ziber Team . This is done with 1 push of a button and parents also receive theinvitation in their own preferred language . That ensures a flying start!

As a school, it is very important to comply with the privacy preferences of parents and that can be quite a challenge. At Ziber, we have paid a lot of attention to organizing parental consents , so that you can record this well, parents can easily answer this and teachers can easily comply with this. Every parent can view and answer your consent question in theirown preferred language , very convenient!

When you share a general message with all parents at school, your team members are automatically informed about this message, which is of course very convenient. When you use the absence notification function as a school, parents can report a sick leave via the Kwieb app , which you receive at the administration and the teacher concerned sees directly on his Dashboard . You can easily print out absence overviews per child from Ziber Team and also make changes if necessary. By using Ziber, you can collaborate considerably more efficiently with parents and team members.

As an administrative employee, team members often come to you for help and support. Via Ziber Team you can also help your team members quickly and efficiently with common issues. It starts with Team Member Management , where you can assign a role to each team member, so that the software works optimally for each team member. In student management you have full control, where teachers can only see their own group. Do you want to help a teacher set up aconversation planner ? Then you can do that, so that you support your teacher colleagues :).

Via Ziber Team you can manage the general school calendar in 1 place. Parents then get a clear overview of holidays & days off in Ziber Kwieb, Team members also see the activities in their Dashboard and when you have also published the agenda items to the website or the TV screen in school , interested parties can also see when the school is closed or has an open day!

In Ziber Team you can easily adjust the school profile of the school. The address, telephone number, general email address, opening hours but also the school guide or inspection report can be added. Parents can consult this general address & contact details of the school via the parent app Kwieb and in this way also view the team members and (if the team member has this open) also reach the team member via a Topic .
