Start of the new school year
At the start of the new school year you want to reach the parents of the new students. The administration can prepare this via the Gnap app at the end of the school year. If this has not yet happened, it can of course also be done at the start of the new year.
Automatic coupling
When the school has an automatic link, in Gnap only the synchronization needs to be started. For the Parnassys link you can convert the situation to the new school year (you choose the desired school year yourself), all new entrants of the year will then be directly in the student management. With the ESIS link, only the students who enter the next 2 months are included.
Create groups for the new entrants
With the automatic link, it is true that the newly incoming students have not yet been assigned to the final group. You can create a separate group especially for these new entrants.

Manual EDEXML
When manually linking the data (via an EDEXML), select a reference date. This way you can already export the new year. For example, set the reference date to 1 October, so that you also include the students who enter up to that date. The new parents can then be invited.
