Ziber and Esis have started a collaboration for the exchange of data, which can have many advantages for you. In the past period , Ziber has been working on the launch of a data link with ESIS. This has made it very easy to link the school administration to the Ziberplatform and keep the school data up to date in Ziber.
What does the data link with ESIS do?
With a simple push of a button in Gnap , you can synchronize data from your student administration Esis with the data in the Ziberplatform.
- New students are added automatically
- Parent email addresses are set up to invite to the Kwieb app
- Students who have left the school will be removed
- Group division is taken over (also changes)
- Teachers (names & group division) are taken over
Combination groups
With the advent of the data link, combination groups will be shown in Esis as a combination group but also as separate groups. This brings the advantage that the school team can reach the right parents faster through the group selection.
Invite parents
When new students are read in, the e-mail addresses of the parents of these students from Esis will also be prepared in Gnap. You can then easily invite these parents to the Kwieb app.
