Ask permissions from the parents?

Arrange it from next school year via the Kwieb app!

Can a photo of the child be shared with other parents? Is a photo of the child allowed on the website? Or can photos of the child be posted on social media? Arrange it from the upcoming school year with Ziber! Here you will get a description of a number of possibilities that you can expect, so that you can take this into account.

Parents in control

The school can easily enter permission questions via Gnap and parents can give their consent via the Kwieb parent app. This saves a lot of paperwork at the beginning of the school year. In addition, the data is automatically kept up-to-date. Does the school ask a new permission question? Then a notification will automatically appear to the parents in Kwieb to give permission. With the Kwieb parent app, the parents are in control.

No agreement between parents?

When two parents of a child do not agree on a consent, they can both fill in their own answer in Kwieb. Once one of the parents has 'not given permission', that answer will lead to school.

Teachers receive a warning in Gnap

If the parents have not given permission, the school will receive a publication warning when posting a message via Gnap. This way, the teacher is always aware of the child's privacy settings when it matters.

Automatic reminder

Every school year, parents receive an automatic reminder on the timeline in Kwieb to check the permissions and privacy settings.
