Ziber is a company that attaches great importance to privacy and that is why we have described our principles in our Privacy Policy and act accordingly. We are also the Data Controller as described in our Privacy Policy. We act in accordance with the described legislation in the context of the GDPR. Processor Agreement
Valid until March 1, 2025
In the context of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we are the Processor of personal data for the Controller (the Educational Institution). In order to use Ziber Education, the Controller must conclude a Processor Agreement with the Processor.

We have rewritten our terms and conditions, making them clearer, better divided by users and/or products and giving a more complete picture of our platform. For example, the Terms of Use apply to all users of the Ziber platform. The Privacy Policy provides a clearer overview of how we process personal data and there are the Ziber Customer Terms and Conditions for customers who have taken out a subscription to our services. And for all educational institutions, the new Processor Agreement applies.

We hope that this has made them even clearer and more accessible to all users.
As of March 1, 2025, the new terms will be effective for all users who continue to use our services after that date.
