From Ziber Team you can quickly arrange all contact with parents. As a teacher you can quickly share a message to all parents of your group and add a photo, file or video. Optionally you can enable the reaction option for parents under the message for more interaction. It is even possible to schedule the sharing of a message in time.

In Europe we live with millions of people, who all speak a different language. It is sometimes quite a challenge for you as a teacher to keep in touch with all the parents because of thelanguage barriers . Ziber has a great solution for that, because the Ziber Kwieb app works inmore than 40 languages and alsotranslates all your information to the preferred language of the parent and vice versa. That makes communication a lot easier and saves you a lot of time!

On the one hand, parents want to be involved in the well-being and education of their child, at the same time you bear the responsibility to handle personal data of child and parents with care. By using the Consent questions to parents, we make the processes a lot safer for you, child and parents. In addition, the parent determines in the Kwieb app which information may and may not be shared . The coordination with each other ensures trust and connection.

Each team member of the school is invited by the administration to use Ziber Team. Because you are assigned a role via the Team Member Management, our software is immediately optimally set up for you. With the role "administration" or "management" you will see all absence reports, for example, are you a teacher of a specific group? Then you will only see the absences of your group.

As a team member, you have your own profile at Ziber and you can set your own privacy preferences. You have many autonomous choices that you can make, such as the choice whether you want to use "Topics" or not? And if you use Topics, do you want parents to see whether you have read their message or not? You can also determine which events you will or will not receive a notification of and then there is also the "do not disturb function" that ensures that you experience peace outside of working hours.

Suppose you work part-time and you teach a class together with your duo colleague. If you share a message with parents of your group, it is important that your duo colleague is also aware of this, so that your colleague knows what parents could ask tomorrow :). Well, we have thought of that too. So if you share a group message with parents, we will automatically inform your duo colleague. Does the director send a message to all parents of the school? Are you going on a trip with the group and are a few parents coming to help? Then create a group Topic with several parents and your colleagues and discuss everything you want to coordinate. When schools start with the Ziber platform, we often notice that team members initially prefer to "send" information to parents, without parents being able to interact with it. Of course, this is perfectly possible within Ziber. At the same time, we advise that when introducing the Kwieb school app in your school just open all interaction with parents and indicate in advance that this will be evaluated after 2 months.
