With the latest update of Topics in Ziber Team, schools/childcare locations can now decide for themselves whether they want to show reading indicators (check marks) in chat conversations with parents.
Turn reading indicators on/off
This update comes from feedback from several schools. Some find it useful to indicate that a message has been read by the teacher, while others experience this as pressure. By adding this choice, schools/childcare locations now have control over the communication in the parent app.
Choice for the entire school/childcare
To ensure clarity for parents, it has been decided not to set up this institution per team member profile, but for the entire school/childcare location.
