The Child Center (IKC)

An IKC combines multiple functions, including primary education , childcare , toddler playgroup , extracurricular activities, after-school care and youth care. By using the unique Ziber Zones , this separate organization with its own Ziber Team app can reach all parents via 1 parent app Kwieb ! This way, parents experience that the IKC has 1 app for all parent communication.

As a parent, you would like to receive all information from the IKC via 1 parent app. Even if you have multiple children at school and a number of them at daycare, you would like to quickly find all relevant information in the app. Ziber Kwieb is set up for this, so that the parent feels the Child Center as 1 organization, although at the "back end" it may well be that the daycare is a different organization than the education (see Ziber Zones ). Ziber has a solution for all situations.

An IKC offers parents convenience by offering various facilities in one place. Ziber has a great solution for that, because the Ziber Kwieb app works in more than 40 languages and also translates all information from the Child Center to the preferred language of the parent and vice versa. That makes communication a lot easier and saves a lot of time!

An IKC often plays an important role in the community. It works together with local organizations, sports clubs and cultural institutions to offer a wide range of activities. With Ziber it is possible to actively involve this community by, for example, giving the sports club or school library the opportunity to publish activities to parents via Ziber Kwieb or the TV screen in the child center .

A Child Center can vary in form. Some centers are fully integrated with one management, while others consist of partnerships between independent organizations. Ziber can offer the right solution for the different forms. When it concerns independent organizations, we can deliver the Ziber Zones separately, so that the privacy legislation is also met. A Child Center is often a dynamic place, where a lot happens. In order to maintain connection between the different places and to know from each other which great activities and meetings are held, you can use an information screen. Ziber SenseView is such an information screen, with which it is possible to show information from different Zones (care, education and others). An activity or message is placed via the Team app ! In this way, everyone knows what is going on within the IKC and a connection is created.

Privacy is of great importance at Ziber. For parents, children and team members. For example, in the Kwieb parent app you can set how visible the data of your profile is for other parents within the IKC or even within the different departments (daycare, education, etc.). The same applies to the privacy settings of the child . Is the IKC a single organization? Then you arrange parental votes for the entire IKC, is the IKC an intermediate form where daycare and education are separate organizations? Then you also arrange the parental permissions for both organizations separately, but of course always in yourown preferred language via the user-friendly Kwieb app !
