Manage team members
In Ziber Team you can easily invite all your team members, so that they also have access to Ziber Team. You can assign roles to each team member so that the Ziber Team app works optimally for them. It is clear and easy to use.
Invite team members
You can easily invite new Team members via their email address. They will receive an invitation to create a Ziber ID themselves, which will give them access to the Ziber Team app. They can then log in via the web ( team.ziber.eu ) and/or via the Ziber Team app on their phone (available for free in the various app stores).
When the Team Member leaves the school or daycare, you can easily delete the account, so that the Team Member can no longer log in.
Choose a role
To give each Team Member the best experience of our software and to ensure the privacy of student and parent data, it is necessary to assign at least 1 role to a Team Member. Later, you can change this role or assign multiple roles to 1 Team Member. Read more about role-based access here .

Synchronize team members
Do you use a data link at Ziber to synchronize students, groups and team members with Ziber? Then you can automatically invite imported team members to Ziber Team. These team members are automatically assigned a role and are linked to the correct student groups . Is the team member leaving service? Then, after synchronization, access to Ziber automatically expires. Very safe.
