The new school year has started: for the Participation Council (MR) this is a good time to write the annual report.
Within the Participation Act (WMS) article 7, the MR is obliged to report in writing to everyone involved in the school of the work they have carried out. The WMS does not specify what should be included in the report, these are often the topics that were discussed within the MR during the past school year. This can be a substantive summary, but also a report in which the MR explains more about advice they have given or the power of consent they have had, about what has been decided and what the possible consequences are for the parents and the school.
Kwieb: also for the MR
When the annual report is ready, it will be published on the website. Via a news item in Kwieb, the MR informs its supporters in one go, possibly including a link to the page of the MR where the annual report can be found. The parent can also respond to or like the annual report directly via the app. The MR can also contribute to the newsletter in the same action.
