With the new functionality, you can create time slots for multiple students to register. Perfect for situations such as:
School photos: several students per quarter of an hour;
Information sessions on themes such as traffic education or a school musical;
Workshops, for example about collaboration or creative activities;
Walk-in consultation hours for the school social worker or remedial teacher;
Group discussions with students about a class project or school activity;
Trial lessons for new students or special activities such as a technique or sports clinic.
You decide how many students can sign up per time slot – for example, five students per quarter of an hour.
How does it work? When creating the planner, you simply indicate how many places are available per time slot. Students (or their parents on their behalf) can then register until the slot is full. This way you can organize group appointments efficiently, without the hassle of double bookings.
