The new option in the Call Planner allows parents to leave a note when registering for a call. This way you can see in advance what is on their minds or what points they would like to discuss. This note will help you prepare better and have a more focused conversation.
How does it work? When creating the scheduler, you can enable the note option. Parents are then given the opportunity to fill in their comment. When you print or view the layout, the note is immediately included, so you have everything in one overview.
A simple addition that provides more clarity and a smoother course of the conversations!
