From now on, it is possible to easily unlink yourself from imported groups that you do not want to be part of. This can be useful when you're no longer involved with a particular group or no longer want to receive notifications.
Disconnecting a group is very simple. Go to your profile "groups and roles" and turn the slider to the right of the group "off" to unlink yourself. You will then be alerted to confirm whether you want to disable this particular group.
