Enter annual planning
Summer holidays, study days, school trips. In Gnap you can easily create all activities. This way you ensure that at the beginning of the school year all parents have an up-to-date agenda in their Kwieb parent app.
Collection notifications
When you enter the annual schedule, you obviously do not want the parents to be overloaded by notifications. Fortunately, Ziber has taken this into account, so that you can add all the activities at once with peace of mind.
Short-term activity
When you enter (or change or delete) an activity with a start date within two weeks, your selected parents will receive a notification within 5 minutes of saving it.
Longer-term activity
When you enter (or change or delete) 1 or more activities with a start date that is further in the future, parents will receive one collective notification in the evening ('The school calendar has changed'), so that they do not receive separate notifications of all entered items.
